At Agapanto, we believe in second chances (and in pieces finding the right person). If something doesn’t feel quite right, let’s talk. We want you to wear what truly feels like yours.
Return window
You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. After that, life moves on—and so does the fabric of time. We won’t be able to offer a refund beyond that period.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must include the original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personal or intimate wear
Exchanges
Wrong size? Different vibe than expected? If your piece arrived in good condition but you’d like something else, let us know. If we have stock, we’ll gladly swap it. If not, we’ll figure something out that works for both of us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved for refund. If it is, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

- Contact your credit card company—it might take a few days
- Talk to your bank—some processing times are slower than others

Sale items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale pieces are considered final sale.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your item, please mail it to: Correos de Costa Rica, Sucursal Moravia
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If the item is unique, rare or high-value, we suggest using a trackable service or adding insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

We want your Agapanto to feel like it belongs to you. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right. No rush, no drama—just the care that well-made things deserve.
